CAD related software and electronic communications
essential.
A good knowledge of, and commitment to sustainable
development and the
ability to research appropriate 'green' technology and
products for incorporation into projects, will be an
advantage.

Technical
Design Draughtsmen /women experienced in converting 'wet
build' drawings into engineered timber structures and able
to work remotely, using electronic communications, or in our
Caldicot offices.
A good knowledge of, and commitment to sustainable
development and the
ability to research appropriate 'green' technology and
products for incorporation into projects, will be an
advantage.

Contract
Service Surveyors / Project Managers
experienced
in working with Project Commander software, able to
integrate main contractors programmes with ours, and to take
charge of, lead, and administer full Partnering
teams. Timber structure, estimating, QS, experience
desirable, but training given.
A good knowledge
of, and commitment to sustainable
development and the
ability to research appropriate 'green' technology and
products for incorporation into projects, will be an
advantage.

Quantity Surveyors experienced in specification,
take-off, and pricing of timber structures.
